The report states that Zero One Thousand Objects is currently seeking to complete a round of Pre-IPO financing before going public in Hong Kong.
According to media reports, the Chinese artificial intelligence startup "0100AI" founded by Li Kaifu is actively advancing its financing plan, with the goal of conducting its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong in 2027. 0100AI is one of the "AI Six Tigers" in China, and its valuation exceeded $1 billion within just 8 months of establishment, with investors including Alibaba Cloud.
The report stated that 0100AI is currently seeking to complete a round of Pre-IPO financing before its listing in Hong Kong. The company's founder and CEO, Li Kaifu, revealed that he hopes to complete this round of financing around the time of 0100AI's first annual performance announcement, but did not provide detailed information on the target amount or potential investors. 0100AI seeks to raise funds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to support the costly infrastructure needed for research and AI services.
Regarding the market's attention to the IPO preparations, Li Kaifu stated that 0100AI is easing its offshore ownership structure, which is a prerequisite for the company to smoothly go public overseas. During an interview with the media at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, Li Kaifu confirmed for the first time the timeline: "Our goal is in 2027, after the end of the fiscal year." It is understood that the company's fiscal year ends in December.
Public information shows that 0100AI is an AI 2.0 company founded by Li Kaifu in Beijing in May 2023. The company focuses on self-developed large model technology, and the core team has backgrounds in companies like Alibaba, Baidu, and Google.
