Driving the landing of intelligent logistics scene, DC HOLDINGS (00861) subsidiary Kecha and the big player Siasun Robot&Automation signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
On July 18th, at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026), held in 2026, the smart supply chain brand Science & Technology with Big Coffee Robots, a subsidiary of Shenzhou Holdings (00861), signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
On July 18th, at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026), DC HOLDINGS (00861)'s smart supply chain brand, Kejie, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the big-shot Siasun Robot & Automation at the signing ceremony. Kejie's CTO Zhang Hupo, Vice President Yan Feng, Siasun Robot & Automation's CEO Wang Kun, and CTO Xu Wenqiang attended the signing ceremony. The two parties will cooperate to promote the application of smart logistics solutions from technology demonstration to replicable logistics and warehousing solutions, focusing on real logistics scenarios, technology integration, joint verification, and commercial promotion.
According to the agreement, Kejie will open up national warehousing, sorting, transportation, and other real business scenarios, and provide OMS, WMS, TMS, and other system interfaces as the preferred scenario carrier for training, testing, and deployment for Siasun Robot & Automation. Kejie currently manages nearly 200 warehouses with a total storage area of nearly 1 million square meters, processing up to 5 million peak orders per day, and achieving an inventory management accuracy rate of 99.95%. With over 20 years of supply chain operation experience and standardized SOP, Kejie will participate in optimizing warehouse workflows, order fulfillment rules, equipment scheduling, and human-machine collaboration to help Siasun Robot & Automation adapt to real business environments.
In terms of technology integration, Siasun Robot & Automation will provide smart models and Siasun Robot & Automation products, and the two parties will integrate perception, cognition, and action to promote the deep integration of Siasun Robot & Automation's entity, intelligent model, supply chain system, and operation processes. The two parties will also establish a joint innovation working group to conduct POC verification around scenarios such as sorting, explore pay-per-use and pay-per-warehouse business models, and plan to promote the application of solutions on a certain scale within the next year. In addition, the two parties will jointly build a "smart + logistics" joint brand, release a joint white paper, and showcase benchmark cases.
The day before the signing, Kejie and Siasun Robot & Automation jointly debuted the world's first demonstration of smart logistics warehousing pick-and-place process at the WAIC venue. Multiple Siasun Robot & Automation robots collaborated in Kejie's warehouse in Wuqing, Tianjin, to complete the entire process from order reception, task generation, path planning, goods identification and grabbing, to sorting car positioning. This demonstration broke through many bottlenecks in the traditional logistics automation industry: relying on a unified intelligent central system for true multi-model autonomous coordination, completely solving the long-standing pain points of chaotic warehouse equipment scheduling, operation congestion, and fragmented system information. At the same time, it breaks the limitations of traditional automation equipment only being able to adapt to standardized flat ground operations, covering the entire process of sorting large and small items flexibly, and can quickly be implemented without massive hardware upgrades to old warehouses.
This achievement laid the foundation for the two parties to transition from "scene co-creation" to "solution co-construction".
During the joint training, the two parties continuously fine-tuned issues such as long channel positioning, shelf height, SKU quantity and packaging differences, multi-machine avoidance, and sorting car management. Siasun Robot & Automation matched the grabbing plan based on order information and on-site recognition results, and completed path planning and task coordination through system scheduling. The real order processes, workflow, and on-site feedback provided by Kejie promoted Siasun Robot & Automation from being "able to operate" to being "able to operate stably."
This cooperation with Siasun Robot & Automation to introduce smart logistics is another leap for Kejie in the direction of "intelligent operation terminals" upgrading from the programmatic movement of AGVs to intelligent entities with perception, decision-making, and autonomous action capabilities, freeing employees from repetitive operations, allowing them to focus more on business judgment, exception handling, and quality control, and enabling different brands and types of intelligent devices to work together in a unified scheduling system, gradually building a data-driven, multi-device coordinated intelligent warehousing operation network.
Using real business scenarios as a testbed and leveraging over 20 years of industry experience as a foundation, Kejie is continuously promoting smart logistics from single-point verification towards replicable, scalable supply chain solutions. This collaboration is not only an important practice of Kejie's "customer + ecosystem" dual-wheel drive strategy, but also signifies a critical step for the logistics industry to move from labor-intensive to technology-intensive transformation. In the future, Kejie will continue to build upon real scenarios to promote the transition of logistics warehousing from single-point automation to multiple Siasun Robot & Automation cluster coordination, to build safe, efficient, and flexible modern supply chain solutions for customers.
