Hong Kong Land Registry: A total of thirteen land cases were registered in the second quarter of April to June, with land revenue totaling approximately 8.8 billion Hong Kong dollars.
During the quarter from April to June 2026, a total of 12 cases of contract revisions and 1 case of plot increase approval were registered at the Land Registry.
On July 15th, the Hong Kong Land Registry announced that in the quarter from April to June 2026, there were a total of 12 cases of contract revisions and 1 case of land lease modification registered at the Land Registry. Among them, four cases were technical contract revisions that did not involve land premium amounts. The total land premium income from land transactions was approximately HK$88,146.2 million.
Of the thirteen land transactions mentioned above, six were located on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon, and four in the New Territories, excluding small-scale building cases. There were no registrations of private treaty grants or land exchanges during the quarter.
