TAIMEI TECH (02576) appoints Zhao Lu as executive director and chairman of the board

Taimei Tech (02576) announced that, following approval by the company's shareholders at the annual shareholders' meeting, Dr. Zhao Lu, Mr. Ma Dong, Mr. Zhang Hongwei, Mr. Lu Yiming, Ms. Wan Yunyun, and Ms. Ni Xiaomei have been appointed as executive directors of the company's third board of directors. Dr. Jiang Xiao, Mr. Feng Zhiwei, and Dr. Gong Yan have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company's third board of directors. Following approval by the company's shareholders at the annual shareholders' meeting, Mr. Wen Gang and Mr. Cai Xin have been appointed as shareholder representatives of the supervisory board of the company's third board of supervisors. At the first meeting of the third board of directors held immediately after the annual shareholders' meeting, Dr. Zhao Lu was appointed as the chairman of the third board of directors, with a term starting from June 23, 2026, to the end of the term of the third board of directors, lasting for three years. Furthermore, the board of directors has approved the appointment of the following individuals as senior managers of the company: (1) Ms. Wan Yunyun as the company's general manager; (2) Ms. Ni Xiaomei as the company's board secretary; and (3) Mr. Wang Wei as the company's chief financial officer. The terms of appointment and senior management roles of the above individuals will take effect from June 23, 2026, for a period of three years, consistent with the term of the third board of directors.
