TRISTATE HOLD(00458): Wang Guyizhen resigns as a non-executive director.

TRISTATE HOLD (00458) announced that Ms. WANG GUYIZHEN (Ms. GUYIZHEN) has decided not to seek re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Therefore, Ms. GUYIZHEN stepped down from her position as a non-executive director of the company at the end of the annual general meeting. Following her resignation as a non-executive director, Ms. GUYIZHEN also intends to step down from her position as the honorary chairman of the company. However, to recognize her valuable contributions to the group and the profound impact she has had over the years, especially as the founder with outstanding leadership qualities, the board of directors has decided to continue bestowing upon her the title of honorary chairman of the company after her resignation as a non-executive director. Ms. GUYIZHEN's aforementioned title is purely honorary in nature, as she is not a director of the company and does not need to attend board meetings. She will not receive any remuneration for her role as honorary chairman.
