CHI SILVER GP (00815) completes the issuance of 845 million subscribed shares.

CHI SILVER GP (00815) announced that following the announcement made on May 5, 2026, the subscription agreement for the remaining 8.45 billion shares (the "subscription shares) was completed on June 22, 2026 (the "remaining subscription matters completed"). All subscription shares under the subscription agreement have been subscribed for. The subscription shares (representing approximately 27.25% of the issued share capital of the Company before the completion of the remaining subscription matters and approximately 21.41% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company after the completion of the remaining subscription matters) were issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.51 per share. The net proceeds from the completion of the remaining subscription matters (after deducting relevant expenses) of approximately HK$4.3 billion will be applied in the manner disclosed in the announcement and circular.
