The company had previously submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 10, 2025. The prospectus shows that, according to Frost & Sullivan data, from 2020 to 2025, in terms of revenue and shipment volume, Shiyao Chuangxin has consistently maintained its position as the world's largest chemical synthesis caffeine producer, primarily producing caffeine used as a food additive in functional beverages.
