Kingmo Environment (06805) announced that Tai Zhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda have entered into a previous construction contract for the total package construction and related services for four parks of the group. On June 18, 2026, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Kingmo Environment Group (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., and Hubei Kingmo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. have respectively entered into further agreements with Guangdong Jinjunda to provide similar total package construction and related services.
KIMOU ENVIRON (06805) announced that Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda have entered into a previous construction contract for the total contracting construction and related services of four industrial parks of the group. On June 18, 2026, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary KIMOU ENVIRON Group (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jinmao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. have respectively entered into further agreements with Guangdong Jinjunda to provide similar nature total contracting construction and related services. The total contract transaction amount for all industrial parks (including Qingshen Park, East China Park, Central China Park, and Huizhou Park) disclosed within the date of this announcement and the preceding twelve months is RMB 472.6 million. Based on the company's strategic focus on expanding its surface treatment circular economy industrial park business, and the demand for new facility construction and operational readiness, the Board believes that the existing transactions entered into by KIMOU ENVIRON Group (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jinmao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. with Guangdong Jinjunda are necessary measures to promote the development of the parks and installation of equipment. This expansion aligns with the group's strategy to increase rentable floor area and enhance wastewater treatment capacity to meet the needs of the regional electroplating industry. The services and supplies provided under the existing transactions will support the timely completion of the factory buildings and supporting facilities, which is crucial for attracting and retaining tenants, increasing occupancy rates, and creating stable rental and wastewater treatment and utility service income.
