Yi Zhan Green Technology (08475) announced that Mr. Ma Yongsheng will be appointed as the president of Qiansheng (Shenzhen) Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (Qiansheng Shenzhen), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, effective from June 20, 2026; Mr. Chen Xin will be appointed as the executive general manager of Qiansheng Shenzhen, effective from June 22, 2026.
E-STATION GTECH (08475) announced that Mr. Ma Yongsheng will be appointed as the President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qiansheng (Shenzhen) Holdings Group Limited (Qiansheng Shenzhen), effective from June 20, 2026; Mr. Chen Xin will be appointed as the Executive General Manager of Qiansheng Shenzhen, effective from June 22, 2026.
Mr. Ma Yongsheng will be responsible for coordinating and achieving the various business objectives of Qiansheng Shenzhen, as well as managing and controlling the quality, cost, and risks of the work. Meanwhile, Mr. Chen Xin will be responsible for the strategic business planning and expansion of Qiansheng Shenzhen.
