BOYAA (00434) announced that Ms. Yin Chunyan has been appointed as an executive director, effective from June 18, 2026. Ms. Tao Ying, the executive director, acting CEO, and joint company secretary of the company, has decided to step down from her position as executive director at the end of the shareholder's annual general meeting held by the company on June 18, 2026, in order to focus on company affairs management. Ms. Tao will continue to serve as the acting CEO and joint company secretary of the company. After stepping down as an executive director on June 18, 2026, Ms. Tao will no longer be a member of the company's nomination committee. Ms. Yin has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
