On June 18th, in order to promote the innovative development and interoperable applications of distributed digital identity, establish a sound public service system for distributed digital identity, and support the construction of the basic common service capabilities of the national blockchain network, the Cyberspace Administration of China, in conjunction with relevant departments, drafted the "Regulations on Promoting Interoperable Applications of Distributed Digital Identity (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)", and is now openly soliciting opinions from the public. It is mentioned that users are encouraged to support the use of distributed digital identity on terminal devices, and various application platforms are encouraged to carry out login authentication based on distributed digital identity to simplify business processes. Domestic distributed digital identity application service organizations are encouraged to achieve cross-border identity recognition using distributed digital identity technology with overseas digital identity service organizations under secure and controllable conditions. Industry platforms are encouraged to provide data authorization services based on distributed digital identity to support trustworthy data circulation. Encouragement is given to the interoperability of DIGIHUMAN digital identity and distributed digital identity services, using DIGIHUMAN digital identity to provide identity authentication services in the process of financial transactions.
