On June 18, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing for MOMENTA GLOBAL LIMITED". Momenta plans to issue no more than 43,754,060 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In March of this year, it was rumored online that Momenta had secretly submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and planned to complete a listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by 2026, with a planned financing of $500 million to $1 billion and an IPO valuation of over 100 billion RMB. Prior to initiating the IPO application, Momenta was also rumored to have completed a pre-IPO round of financing of approximately $500 million, with investors including UAE Leshi Capital, GGV Capital, and GGV Capital. Established in 2016, Momenta has successively released production-ready autonomous driving solutions for structured roads (high-speed scenarios), autonomous parking solutions, and L4-level autonomous driving solution MSD. In 2022, Momenta and its partners completed the first batch production of vehicle models. In the same year, Momenta chose to focus on deep learning methods for the high-speed NOA decision-making module, becoming the first company in China to mass-produce end-to-end solutions. From 2022 to 2024, the number of mass-produced models from Momenta grew rapidly from 1 to over 26. In 2025, Momenta further deepened its global layout. At the Munich Auto Show in the same year, Momenta's flywheel large model was introduced in Europe. At the same time, Momenta also established a strategic partnership with Uber to launch Robotaxi operation services in Munich. In addition, Momenta collaborated with Grab to explore the L4 market in Southeast Asia, and partnered with UAE mobility operator Lumo to promote applications in the Middle East region.
