Far East China (02789) announced that Mr. Yu Lianghui has submitted his resignation as the company secretary and will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective June 19, 2026. Ms. Han Tianyi has been appointed as the new company secretary and one of the authorized representatives of the company, also effective June 19, 2026, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Yu's resignation.

Ms. Han Tianyi has been appointed as the new company secretary and one of the authorized representatives, with effect from the same date, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Yu's resignation.
