According to the monitoring of the Internet car-hailing regulatory information exchange system, as of May 31, 2026, a total of 400 Internet car-hailing platform companies nationwide have obtained Internet car-hailing platform operation permits, an increase of 1 from the previous month. In May, the Internet car-hailing regulatory information exchange system received a total of 977 million orders. Based on the situation in May, the following characteristics are observed: 1. Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, ranked by compliance rate (the percentage of orders where both the driver and vehicle have licenses), the platforms from high to low compliance rate are Fengyun Travel, Xixing Car-hailing, CHENQI TECH, T3 Travel, Enjoy Travel, Timely Car Rental, Sunshine Travel, CAOCAO INC, DiDi Travel, and Huaxiaozhu Travel. Among them, platforms that are targeted at passengers and provide services jointly with Internet car-hailing platform companies (commonly known as Internet car-hailing aggregation platforms) completed 286 million orders, with a daily average decrease of 4.2%. The platforms with the highest compliance rate are Huaxiaozhu Travel, DiDi Travel, Gaode Taxi, Ctrip Car Rental, Baidu Taxi, Tencent Travel, and Meituan Taxi. 2. In major cities, ranked by compliance rate, the cities from high to low compliance rate are Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Nanjing, Hefei, Chongqing, Jinan, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Xining, Qingdao, Nanning, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Changchun, Guiyang, Changsha, Kunming, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Dalian, Urumqi, Hohhot, Lhasa, Wuhan, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Shanghai, Xi'an, Harbin, Shenyang, and Beijing. Among them, 27 cities including Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Nanjing, Hefei, Chongqing, Jinan, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Xining, Qingdao, Nanning, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Changchun, Guiyang, Changsha, Kunming, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Haikou, Dalian, Urumqi, Hohhot have compliance rates above 80%. The top 3 cities with the highest growth in compliance rate this month are Harbin, Shanghai, and Changsha; and the bottom 3 cities with the lowest growth in compliance rate are Guiyang (-1.6%), Lanzhou (-3.0%), and Hohhot (-3.3%).
