It is also the first approved clinical indication for the treatment of immune-inflammatory diseases for Gicasitrin hydrochloride tablets. Gicasitrin hydrochloride (formerly known as Jacktinib hydrochloride) is a novel JAK inhibitor that has a good inhibitory effect on the four subtypes of JAK kinases: JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, and TYK2. Gicasitrin can effectively inhibit inflammation, suppress excessive T cell activation, significantly increase the thickness of the dermis, promote hair follicle regeneration, and increase hair follicle density.
