Yashowei (01993) announced that Mr. Ma Zhaoxiang has decided not to seek re-election as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Therefore, Mr. Ma will step down from his position as an independent non-executive director immediately after the annual general meeting. As a result, Mr. Ma will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, or member of the remuneration committee, effective immediately after the annual general meeting.
