China Rare Earth (00769) announced that, starting from June 12, 2026, Mr. Han Yongfeng has been appointed as an executive director and chairman of the board; Ms. Chen Li has been appointed as an executive director and one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; Mr. Wu Wenchang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively; and Ms. Tan Zhi Xin has been appointed as company secretary and authorized representative.
