SEACON (02409) subsidiary enters into a vessel time charter arrangement with Zhejiang Shipping (Singapore)

Intercontinental Container Shipping (02409) announced that on June 12, 2026, the charterer (indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Seacon Drybulk (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.) entered into a bareboat charter with the owner (Zhejiang Shipping (Singapore) Limited), under which the owner agreed to charter the vessel to the charterer. The vessel is an approximately 63,500 dwt bulk carrier under construction, expected to be delivered around October to December 2026.
