China Rare Earth Resources And Technology (00769) announced that effective from June 12, 2026: (1) Ms. Guo Jinying has resigned as an executive director and acting chairman of the board, as she has decided to devote more time to other business responsibilities; (2) Mr. Kang Ding has resigned as an executive director, as he has decided to devote more time to other business responsibilities; (3) Professor Ye Shiwei has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's audit committee, and a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively, as he has decided to devote more time to other business responsibilities; and (4) Ms. Xu Meifeng has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative in Hong Kong for the purpose of receiving legal process documents or notices pursuant to Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and section 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622).
