Jiangsu Nhwa Pharmaceutical (002262.SZ) announced that the company, along with Shanghai De Fu Fu Chuang Advisory Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai De Fu") and other partners, jointly initiated the establishment of Shanghai De Fu Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentatively named) (subject to the specific name registered with the market supervision and management department, hereinafter referred to as "De Fu Fund" or "Partnership Enterprise"), and signed the "Shanghai De Fu Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentatively named) Limited Partnership Agreement". The target subscribed capital of De Fu Fund is RMB 800 million, with the company contributing RMB 20 million as a limited partner with its own funds, representing an estimated 2.50% of the target subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise. The partnership enterprise will mainly invest in companies in the fields of innovative drugs and biotechnology, innovative instruments, high-end life science equipment, medical artificial intelligence, etc.
