On June 12, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Approval for LongiTech Smart Energy Holdings Co., Ltd.'s Initial Public Offering of Shares".
On June 12th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a reply approving the initial public offering of shares by Changxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. It is reported that Changxin Technology plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with CICC and China Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the sponsoring institutions, aiming to raise 29.5 billion yuan. According to the prospectus, Changxin Technology is the largest and most advanced DRAM research and development, design and manufacturing integrated enterprise in China. The company has adopted a "leapfrog R&D" strategy, completing mass production from the first generation technology platform to the fourth generation technology platform, as well as product coverage and iteration from DDR4, LPDDR4X to DDR5, LPDDR5/5X. Currently, the company's core products and technology have reached international advanced levels. The company has three 12-inch DRAM wafer factories in Hefei and Beijing, and according to Omdia's data, in terms of capacity, shipments, and sales, the company has become the top DRAM manufacturer in China and the fourth globally.
