Anker Innovations Technology (300866.SZ) plans to issue up to 68,508,900 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the HKEX disclosure, the company submitted an application for listing on the main board of the HKEX on June 3, 2026, with CICC, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase as joint sponsors. The company holds a solid global market share in mobile charging, energy storage, smart home security, and wireless headphones sectors. Specifically, according to Frost & Sullivan data, based on revenue from 2020 to 2024, the company ranks second globally in the mobile charging product sector and is the largest independent mobile charging brand.
