Ningbo Energy (600982.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changde Jinshi Ning Energy Thermoelectric Co.,Ltd. (Jinshi Thermoelectric), Ningbo Yong Energy Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. (Yong Energy Comprehensive), and Hunan Jincheng Investment Development Construction Group Co., Ltd. jointly established Changde Lanjin Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. (Lanjin Comprehensive) with shareholding proportions of 51%, 29%, and 20%, respectively. The company will develop comprehensive energy and new energy businesses.

(referred to as "Yongneng Comprehensive Energy"), and Hunan Jincheng Investment Development Construction Group Co., Ltd. jointly established Changde Lanjin Comprehensive Energy Services Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lanjin Comprehensive Energy") with shareholding ratios of 51%, 29%, and 20%, respectively. They will be developing comprehensive energy and new energy business. The registered capital of Lanjin Comprehensive Energy is 7.5 million yuan, with Jincheng Cogeneration contributing 3.825 million yuan and Yongneng Comprehensive Energy contributing 2.175 million yuan.
