Guangxi Wuzhou Communications (600368.SH) announced that recently the company received a decision from the Guangxi Securities Regulatory Bureau (referred to as Guangxi Securities Bureau) regarding the issuance of a warning letter to Guangxi Wuzhou Communications Co., Ltd. and related responsible persons. The decision stated that on April 3, 2026, the company disclosed an announcement regarding the correction of accounting errors, retrospectively adjusting the operating income and operating costs of the company's first quarter report, half-year report, and third quarter report for 2025. The financial information disclosed in the first quarter report, half-year report, and third quarter report of 2025 by the company was inaccurate. The then chairman Zhou Yizhu, current general manager Xu Guoping, and current finance executive Yu Li bear primary responsibility for the aforementioned violations. The Guangxi Securities Bureau decided to issue a warning letter to the company, Zhou Yizhu, Xu Guoping, and Yu Li as an administrative regulatory measure and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
