According to the prospectus, Aodong New Energy is a leading company in China's battery exchange industry, dedicated to establishing a comprehensive product and service portfolio covering the battery exchange ecosystem. The company can efficiently manage battery exchange equipment, vehicles, and batteries to meet user needs through its independently developed smart energy service platform.
According to the data from Zhoushi Consulting, based on the revenue generated from the operation of battery exchange stations in 2024, Aodong New Energy is the largest independent third-party battery exchange solution provider in China.
