Yuejiang (02432) announced that Mr. Wang Yong has resigned from the positions of executive director of the second board of directors, chief financial officer, deputy general manager, and all other director positions in the company's subsidiaries. The reason is that he wishes to devote more time to his personal affairs. After considering the recommendations of the Company Nomination Committee, the Board has resolved to appoint Mr. Liu Zhufu as an executive director and a member of the strategic committee. The proposal to appoint Mr. Liu Zhufu as an executive director and a member of the strategic committee must be approved by the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting through an ordinary resolution before it can take effect. In addition, Ms. Ouyang Xiaojuan has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective from June 10, 2026.
