China Chengtong (00217) subsidiary entered into a post-sale leaseback agreement with AVIC Aerofarm Lease (Tianjin).
China Chengtong Development Group (00217) announced that on June 8, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Chengtong Financing Leasing entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessee (Zhongfei Yifeng Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.). Under this agreement, Chengtong Financing Leasing will purchase the lease assets from the lessee and then lease the assets back to the lessee for a period of 5 years, with the option to terminate early according to the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement. The lease asset refers to an Airbus A320-214 aircraft.
