On June 4th, the Hong Kong Land Registry announced that in May, a total of 4 pre-sale consent letters were approved, involving 1356 residential units. The approved pre-sale projects are mainly located in the New Territories and Kowloon. Among them, the Henderson Land (00012) project in Fanling involves 682 units, while the other two projects are urban renewal projects in Pei Ho Street, Kowloon, involving 384 and 264 units respectively. In addition, in May, the Land Registry received one residential pre-sale consent letter application involving 522 units for the SHK PPT (00016) development project in Sai Sha Wan. As of the end of May, there are 28 pre-sale projects awaiting approval, involving 9786 residential units.
