Entrata provides property operations management operating systems for the US multi-family residential market, covering approximately 2.5 million units by March 2026. Its services cater to property owners, operators, and residents. The platform integrates functions such as leasing, accounting, payments, tenant screening, renter's insurance, and utility management throughout the entire property lifecycle in a single sign-on system. Entrata's revenue mainly comes from subscription fees and transaction-based fees, with the latter being mainly driven by payment processing volume. The company also offers a range of embedded financial and lifestyle products for residents under the Homebody brand.
Founded in Lehi, Utah in 2003, the company generated revenue of 5.36 billion dollars in the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ENT. Entrata previously confidentially submitted its IPO application on December 17, 2025. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Barclays, BofA Securities, Needham & Company, Raymond James, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, William Blair, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Stephens Inc., and Truist Securities will serve as the joint bookrunners for this transaction.
