New stock news | Guonar Semiconductor submits application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the disclosure on May 29th by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Shanghai Guona Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (Guona Semiconductor) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with GUOTAI JUNAN I as its exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Guona Semiconductor is a leading Chinese provider of intelligent semiconductor transmission systems, and is the only domestic enterprise in China that can provide large-scale fully integrated intelligent semiconductor transmission systems. The company follows China's national industrial policy to promote localization of semiconductor equipment, and adopts an integrated business model focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of wafer transfer equipment for semiconductor front-end equipment manufacturers and wafer factories (including Equipment Front-End Wafer Transfer Module (EFEM), Wafer Sorter, and related components) and Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
