Coastal Homes (01124) announced that Ms. Tong Xinhua has resigned from her position as an executive director due to family reasons (caring for family members), effective from May 22, 2026. After Ms. Tong's resignation, she will no longer serve as the chairperson of the Investment Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Board.
