On May 19th, the three major A-share indices were under pressure and consolidating. The Shanghai Composite Index performed slightly better, turning red again approaching midday. The ChiNext index fell more than 2% during the session, while the Science and Technology Innovation 50 Index hit bottom and rebounded by more than 1%.
Iran's negotiation prospects have been fluctuating, with both oil prices and bond prices under pressure, and overnight US tech stocks leading the decline. The Dow closed higher against the trend.

In terms of the market, brain-machine interface concept stocks were strong, with BEOKA, Innovative Medical Management, rising by the daily limit or more than 10%; the power and power grid equipment sectors continued to rise, with Shanghai Electric Power, Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power and many other stocks hitting the daily limit; Siasun Robot & Automation concept stocks repeatedly strengthened, with BZS, Zhejiang Fulai New Material hitting the daily limit; cultural media, film and television theaters, and gaming AI applications bucked the trend, with Shanghai Fengyuzhu Culture Technology, Omnijoi Media Corporation and others hitting the daily limit or rising by more than 10%; computing power leasing concepts continued to be strong, with Bestlink Technologies, Xiamen Hongxin Electronics Technology Group Inc. hitting the daily limit; solar photovoltaic and energy storage sectors were active, with Jiangsu Chint Power Technology, Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems hitting the daily limit; PCB concept stocks oscillated and rebounded, with Ganzhou Yihao New Materials, Baoding Technology hitting the daily limit.
In terms of decline, rare earth and non-ferrous metal concepts continued to decline, with Guangdong Xianglu Tungsten falling by over 7%, and Shanghai Rychen Technologies falling by nearly 7%; the lithium battery sector continued to fall, with Jinyuan EP Co.,Ltd., Guocheng Mining falling by over 5%; commercial aerospace concepts fluctuated and probed lower, with China Spacesat approaching the daily limit; the semiconductor concept weakened at the beginning of the session, with Hubei Sinophorus Electronic Materials, Peric Special Gases falling by over 7%; sports concept stocks continued to decline, with Guangdong Guangzhou Daily Media, Shuhua Sports hitting the daily limit; fiber optic cables, optical modules and other computing hardware concepts continued to decline, with Suzhou TFC Optical Communication, Wuxi Taclink Optoelectronics Technology falling by over 6%.
As for the focus stocks, Juli Sling Co., Ltd. hit the daily limit for the second consecutive day. According to reports, on the evening of May 15, Juli Sling Co., Ltd., a A-share listed company controlled by the well-known actor Yang Zi's family, officially released a notice confirming that the company had received a notice of investigation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the same day.
Looking ahead, China Securities Co.,Ltd. believes that the new round of market trends may be characterized by slow and steady rises, making it difficult to reproduce the strong upward momentum seen in April and May. Guotai Haitong released a research report suggesting that there are frequent commercial aerospace launch missions at home and abroad, and recommended focusing on opportunities in the commercial aerospace sector.
