ACO Group (00976) announced that starting from May 15, 2026: (i) Mr. Sui Yuting has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director. After Mr. Sui's resignation, he no longer serves as the chairman of the remuneration committee of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and special investigation committee respectively; (ii) Ms. Leung Pui Yee has resigned from her position as independent non-executive director. After Ms. Leung's resignation, in order to devote more time to other business responsibilities, she no longer serves as the chairman of the audit committee of the company, as well as a member of the nomination committee, remuneration committee, and special investigation committee respectively.
