The Singapore-based company now plans to issue 5 million shares at a price of $4 to $6 per share, raising $25 million. The company had previously applied to issue 4 million shares at the same price range. Based on the revised offering size, FF Global Holdings will raise 25% more funds than originally planned, with an estimated market value of approximately $175 million, representing a 3% increase from the previous terms. FF Global Holdings operates through its subsidiary, Future Faith, which primarily trades African hardwood logs from designated logging areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The company's clients are located across Asia and the Middle East, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates, mainly consisting of timber traders, manufacturers, and wood processing companies. In the 2025 fiscal year, the company expanded its business to include European beech wood sourced from Vietnam and ventured into the sawn timber sector. The company heavily relies on a single distributor (accounting for 91.9% of the hardwood log purchases in the 2025 fiscal year), and revenue in the same year came from just four customers, with the largest contributing 76.0% of the revenue. Established in 2022, FF Global Holdings achieved revenue of $11 million in the 12 months ending December 31, 2025. The company plans to list on NASDAQ under the stock symbol FFGG. Blue Diamond Securities will serve as the exclusive bookrunner for this offering.
