CIRC(01763) subsidiary companies CNNC High-Tech and China Zhongyuan signed the "Thailand Substandard Neutron Dose Laboratory Project Technical Service Contract" with Bond Paul.

CIRC (01763) issued an announcement. Recently, CIRC's affiliated company Chengdu Zhongke Gaoquan Isotope Co., Ltd. (Zhongke Gaoquan) and China Zhongyuan Overseas Engineering Co., Ltd. (China Zhongyuan) signed a "Thailand Sub-standardized Neutron Dose Laboratory Project Technical Service Contract" with BondPaul Analysis Co., Ltd. (BondPaul). China Zhongyuan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, China National Nuclear Corporation, while BondPaul is an independent third party. Under this project, Zhongke Gaoquan is mainly responsible for providing the required products and related services to BondPaul, and China Zhongyuan is mainly responsible for project management and supervision functions, and does not participate in the provision of related products and services. Each party will receive consideration and bear responsibility for the services they provide, and there is no arrangement for joint performance or joint responsibility. Therefore, the transactions under this project do not constitute transactions under Chapter 14 or 14A of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This project is responsible for tasks such as calibrating neutron radiation dose measuring instruments and related scientific experiments, and is a key infrastructure project to enhance Thailand's nuclear technology application capabilities and improve its national metrology system. The successful implementation of this project is of milestone significance for the company in accelerating its international strategic layout, and provides valuable experience and demonstration samples for the company's deepening of the Thailand market, expanding its business footprint in Southeast Asia, and implementing similar projects in the future.
