Hua Kong Kang Tai (01312) announced that Mr. Wang Feifei has resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board, and president of the company due to other work commitments, effective from May 8, 2026. After Mr. Wang Feifei's resignation, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the executive committee, nomination committee, share trading committee, and investment committee of the company.
