On May 8, the National Development and Reform Commission announced that since the domestic refined oil prices were lowered on April 21, the international crude oil prices have experienced severe fluctuations, with a significant increase in the early stages followed by a recent decline. The average price for the first 10 working days of this price adjustment is higher than the average price for the first 10 working days of the previous adjustment.
