Cornerstone Technology Holdings (08391) announced that its joint venture company, Spark EV Company Limited (Spark), has signed its first acquisition term sheet to acquire 6 charging stations from E-cocharge Solutions Co., Ltd (Eco-Flash), a local electric vehicle (EV) charging network operator in Thailand, totaling 24 charging points (each charging point with a power of 60kW).
CORNERSTONE TEC(08391) announced that its affiliate company, Spark EV Company Limited (Spark), has signed its first acquisition terms list to acquire 6 charging locations from E-cocharge Solutions Co., Ltd (Eco-Flash) in Thailand, totaling 24 charging points (each charging point with a power of 60kW).
Eco-Flash specializes in fast direct current (DC) charging solutions, with its portfolio primarily located in urban parking lots in community malls in the Bangkok metropolitan area.
This transaction marks Spark's first acquisition in Thailand. The group remains committed to realizing its long-term vision of establishing a comprehensive network with 1,000 electric vehicle charging stations in Thailand. Spark will continue to actively seek additional acquisition targets and strategic partners to accelerate this deployment and strengthen the group's position as a leading electric vehicle charging service provider in the ASEAN region.
