According to the investigation, Yi Huiman has lost his ideal and belief, betrayed his original aspirations and mission, and implemented major decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee regarding the capital market in a two-faced manner, shifting blame and engaging in superstitious activities. He has violated the spirit of the central eight-point regulation, accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, accepted banquets and travel arrangements that may affect the impartial execution of official duties. He has violated organizational principles, failed to truthfully report issues during inquiries, sought benefits for others in cadres selection and appointment, and taken bribes. He has compromised his integrity by indulging and condoning his relatives in using his authority for personal gain, engaging in profit-making activities, using his influence for the benefit of his relatives, getting others to pay for expenses that should have been paid by himself, and engaging in improper relationships involving power and money. He has used his position to seek benefits for others in job promotion, listing approval, financing and loans, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property. Yi Huiman has seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and lifestyle discipline, constituting a serious violation of duty and suspected bribery crimes. His behavior has been serious and harmful, and he has not restrained or stopped his actions since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. Therefore, he should be dealt with severely. According to relevant regulations, after discussion at the meeting of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and review at the meeting of the Central Political Bureau, it is decided to expel Yi Huiman from the Party; to remove him from public office by the National Supervisory Commission; to terminate his qualification as a representative to the 20th Party Congress; to confiscate his ill-gotten gains; and to transfer the issues of his suspected crimes to the judicial organs for investigation and prosecution. His expulsion from the Party will be ratified at the next plenary session of the Central Committee.
