The Hang Seng Index Corporation announced the launch of four new indices on April 30: Hang Seng Healthcare Short Index, Hang Seng Healthcare 2x Short Index, Hang Seng Healthcare 2x Leveraged Index, and Hang Seng Healthcare Dividend 2x Leveraged Index. The new indices aim to reflect the performance of short or leveraged investment strategies on the Hang Seng Biotechnology Index, with investments made daily according to predetermined leverage ratios.
