We are optimistic about the future prospects of Greentown Harmonic (688017.SH), Sanhua Intelligent Control (02050), Minth Group (00425), Hengli Hydraulic (601100.SH), ABB (09880), and Modern Automotive in capturing the next wave of industry growth.
J.P. Morgan released a research report stating that the humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation industry has reached a key turning point in the past month, transitioning from concept validation to large-scale deployment. The industry believes that the market is concentrating funds on profitable platforms with scalability capabilities, as well as high-quality components and "brains" (AI/software) suppliers. They are optimistic about Leader Harmonious Drive Systems (688017.SH), Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls (02050), MINTH GROUP (00425), Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic (601100.SH), UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880), and Hyundai Motors being able to capture the next wave of industry growth. In terms of competition, J.P. Morgan stated that Tesla (TSLA.US) is actively striving to catch up with faster-paced Chinese competitors and Boston Dynamics. Its long-term vision is to become a physical artificial intelligence company in partnership with Siasun Robot & Automation. At the same time, they are keeping an eye on Boston Dynamics under Hyundai Motors, which is leveraging its strengths in motion control and industrial integration to target high-value, mission-critical applications. Hyundai Motors is seen by the industry as one of the enterprises poised to capture the next wave of growth, and its significant investments in Siasun Robot & Automation and AI infrastructure are key points of observation for future changes in the competitive landscape. J.P. Morgan pointed out that the key to the commercialization process lies in "deployment readiness," including reliability, maintenance, and integration time. They found during an inspection of Siasun Robot & Automation in Beijing in April that customers and partners are focused on expanding pilot projects and moving towards practical applications, with expectations of faster transition from concept validation (POC) to large-scale pilot deployment by 2026.
