Hao Hai Biotechnology (06826) announced that at the second meeting of the Company's Nominating Committee and the eighth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors held on April 24, 2026, the proposal to appoint a Deputy General Manager was approved. Following nomination by the company's General Manager and approval by the Board's Nominating Committee, the Board agreed to appoint Mr. Ma Xianpeng, Ms. Jiang Lixia, and Ms. Jin Sha as Deputy General Managers of the company, each serving a term of three years, effective from the date of the approval of the Board meeting.
