FIN (01168) issued an announcement that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP (Deloitte) will retire as the company's auditor upon the expiration of its current term. The term will expire at the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 8, 2026, and will not be renewed by invitation.

FIN (01168) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will retire as the Company's auditor upon the expiration of the current term, which ends at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 8, 2026, and will not seek reappointment. Based on the recommendation of the audit committee, it is proposed to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the Company's new auditor after PwC's retirement (the proposed appointment), to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
