Due to work arrangements, Jia Guorong has applied to resign from the position of director of the eighth board of directors of the company. Jia Guorong was originally appointed to serve until October 9, 2027 (the expiration date of the term of office of the eighth board of directors), and the resignation will take effect from April 20, 2026.
