Quanshi International (00381) announced that the group completed the acquisition of Fujian Laojiu Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Fujian Laojiu) on May 31, 2024. As a result, the liquor trading within the liquor business has become a new reportable and operational segment for the group for the year ending December 31, 2024. In order to further expand the liquor business, the group will launch the Fujian Laojiu Stewed Pot Shop self-operated and franchised project in 2026.
