MEDLIVE (02192) proposes to appoint Deloitte as the new auditor.

MEDLIVE (02192) announced that Ernst & Young, the current auditor, intends to resign at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting to be held on May 15, 2026. Due to the company and Ernst & Young not being able to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2026, the company initiated a tender process for external auditors in March 2026. On April 17, 2026, following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has proposed to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's new auditor, to serve from the end of the 2026 annual shareholders' meeting until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting. This proposed appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at the 2026 annual shareholders' meeting.
