Announcement from Anlink International (01410): Mr. Ng Tsz Fung has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company since April 17, 2026. He will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and investment committee; and Mr. Choi Chun Sing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and investment committee.
