Nanjing Qingtian All Tax Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Qingtian All Tax) submitted a Hong Kong stock prospectus on October 17, 2025, which expired after 6 months on April 17, 2026. At the time of submission, China International Capital Corporation and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China International were the joint sponsors.
Nanjing Qingtian All Taxation Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Qingtian All Taxation) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on October 17, 2025, which expired on April 17, 2026, after 6 months. CICC and ICBC International were the joint sponsors at the time of submission.
The prospectus shows that Qingtian All Taxation is a leading Chinese cross-border enterprise digital professional service provider, dedicated to providing multidimensional digital solutions for cross-border enterprises engaged in import and export trade.
