Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals (01276) announced that on April 16, 2026, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Sun Piaoyang as Chairman of the Tenth Board of Directors and Mr. Dai Hongbin as Vice Chairman of the Tenth Board of Directors. At the nomination of the Chairman, Ms. Feng Ji was appointed as the President of the Company and appointed as the Chief Operating Officer by the Company, and Ms. Liu Xiaohan was appointed as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
