The inquiry results showed that as of March 30, 2026, twenty-five shareholders and related parties collectively held 652 million shares of the company, equivalent to 90.6% of the company's issued share capital. Therefore, only 67.647 million shares (9.4% of the issued share capital) were held by other shareholders. That evening, the company issued a statement acknowledging the publication by the Securities and Futures Commission. Based on available information and reasonable inquiries by the directors, the company confirmed that as of March 30, 2026, at least 25% of the company's issued shares were held by the public, and that the company could comply with the public shareholding requirements under the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange.
